The day of the Party
Parties are normally meet in the LCC Sports Complex Ice Rink Foyer 10 to 15 minutes before the party is due to begin. parents of the Party child should check in with the Ice Rink Staff at the Skate Hire Counter to hand in your guest list. Staff will also take care of your Birthday Cake and any other items you have brought with you for the party.
Parents of Guests
Parents of guests are welcome to stay and watch the fun but please be aware that we only cater for the guests of the party in the birthday party rooms. We have a full Coffee Shop/ Cafeteria and Lounge Area.
We want your child's party to be fun for both the birthday child and their guests as well as for you.
Payments
All parties need to be paid in full 7 days prior to the date booked. Credit Card payments can be taken over the phone.
No Responsibility
The activities provided in this centre have a certain amount of risk attached. By entering the centre our patrons and their guardians accept that there is a degree of risk and release the centre from any responsibility or legal liability associated with participating in any activity or actions of other patrons present or participants in any activity.
We offer helmets, knee pads and elbow pads, please advise at the time of booking if you require these.
