Our Simple Four-Step Wedding Reception Process

Initial Viewing
The reception rooms are available for viewing on most Saturday afternoons and any other time by appointment. Please phone to make an appointment prior to the day so that we can arrange a suitable time for you to see the room/s before the guests arrive on that day. This enables you to see the room set for a wedding and provides the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding the room and its availability.

Reception Booking
Bookings can be made either at the Complex or over the phone. A tentative booking can be held for a period of two weeks without a deposit. To confirm your booking the deposit must be paid within this time. Once the deposit has been paid you will receive a letter confirming your booking and explaining when we will need to see you again to finalise the reception details.

Organise the Ceremony and other Wedding Details
Once your booking has been confirmed it is time for you to start thinking about things like dresses, colours, cake, transport, photographers and the honeymoon. When you confirm your booking you will receive one of our 'Wedding Organisers' to help you with your plans. The precise reception details will not be required by us until a couple of months before the wedding. However, if you require assistance with any of these other services please call us for details.

Finalise Reception Details
As the wedding day gets closer and you have confirmed most other details it's time to start finalising your reception. It is at this time that we need to see you so we can help you organise all the remaining details, organise menus, discuss seating arrangements and wedding procedures etc. Please call us to make an appointment to suit your busy schedule.

Inclusions

Our standard inclusions for all weddings include room hire, table coverings, napkins, bridal and cake table, table decorations and food waitresses.

Extra Services

Depending on your requirements, we can also assist you with hire cars, cakes, photography and video, balloons and decorations, bands and entertainment, sweep-a-grams and chair covers.
