Dear Yohan, I just wanted to send you a note and say thankyou so much for a wonderful staff Christmas Function. I’ve had a lot of great feedback today; e.g. that that was the best Christmas function ever! Other comments have included; the food was fabulous,
plenty of it and a good variety, very tasty and also the room with the private entry/courtyard was really nice and a great idea also. The staff (a special mention to Carol) were very attentive, polite and hardworking and it made for a happy and smooth night
also. Stephanie the DJ was very obliging and her choice of music was very popular. Thanks for a fantastic night all round!

Just a quick note to thank you for all your help with our Conference. Our delegates had a great time, and in their evaluations, all noted how fabulous the venue was. Your organisation was better than excellent - everything ran exactly as it was programmed
to do, thanks to your great attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for you or your staff, and any requests were met with efficiency and professionalism. Please pass on my thanks to all your staff. They are a great bunch of people, not only incredibly
efficient, but also very personable and approachable. A special thanks to Chris, who had the job of ensuring that our AV ran to our specifications. He did a great job. Lots of things go into a successful conference, but central to that is a good venue run
well, and you certainly provided that. Many thanks, again, and I look forward to seeing you soon.

IHS NSW would like to thank you and your staff for the helping make our state awards a success. The level of customer service exceeded our expectations, with each area catering to our needs. Your attendance for the set up of the event was very much appreciated,
and I’m sorry I didn’t get the chance to thank you personally before you left. The attention to detail in the room set up requirements allowed us to start on time and for the first time I can remember, finish on time. A special mention to Sharon who looked
after us with catering, her suggestion for the mini buffet lunch was well received and enjoyed by all, and to the A/V technician did a great job reading the needs of the event and adapting accordingly.

Hi Yohan I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you on behalf of our family. It was a beautiful and heart warmed celebration. Andrea was elated. The feedback from my friends is 10 out of 10 the service, the food and the venue. As from us we can't agree
more with them, please extend our gratitude to everyone who participated in one way or another to make this celebration possible. Once more you and your team raised to the challenge and performed to our expectations. Until next time, thank you very much.

Well Yohan, Another good day at the club. The service was good as usual and as one person commented on at our table, on time according to the menu. What can I say! The day is enhanced by the great food and the people who prepare it and the people who bring

Hi! Last Sunday I took my daughter and 4 of her friends to the ice rink for my daughter’s 11th birthday. The girls had lots of fun, of course, and improved their skating too. However I would like to make a special thank you to the club and its staff. All
staff were very helpful and friendly. Even the lovely lady at the café, she just couldn’t do enough for us! Please thank them on my behalf. Also the facilities were all of a high standard, and clean. It was a pleasure to visit the rink! Unfortunately we don’t
live close to the rink, we are from the Sutherland shire, but the drive is quite an easy one. But I’m sure the girls will want to go again soon! Thanks again Yours sincerely Sandra Hogan

To whom it may concern My daughter had an ice skating party on Saturday the 21st at 10.30am in party room 1. Her name is Katelyn O’Neill. I’m not sure what the name of her party host was but I just felt I had to let you know what a wonderful job the girl
done with all aspects of the party. She was organised and totally professional at all times. I would highly recommend having a party at your complex to anyone. Thank you for an enjoyable occasion Mrs O’Neill

Hi Yohan, Rachel and Claire, Thank you so much for your efforts in making our wedding day so special. We had a lovely wedding with our families present to celebrate with us, and a good time was had by all. Please forward our thanks to the staff who assisted
with setting up the Garden Room, preparing and serving the meals and drinks. The food was excellent and our guests were very impressed. Thank you Claire for the music and for putting us at ease during the reception. We have such good memories to share with
our family and friends. We leave for our Mediterranean Cruise tomorrow – only 1 more sleep!!! We hope our paths cross the next time we visit the Liverpool Catholic Club – most probably during the Christmas season. Best Wishes, Warren & Anne Duff

Hi Yohan, Firstly, a huge thank you to yourself, Nancy and the Staff at LCC for the fantastic service during our function last night. We had a wonderful experience, the Buffet Dinner was incredible, bar staff friendly and on hand. The part I most liked
about the staff, they seemed transparent in carrying out their duties, yet always on hand.

Dear Yohan, Thank you for your follow up message last Friday. Yes, indeed, the event we held at Liverpool Catholic Club last weekend was truly a wonderful success. I can commend the LCC on your professional approach to all our needs and the way in which
you made the delegates and the organisers feel welcome. The food service was excellent and comments I received during and after the event have been very positive. My colleagues and I took a gamble on running such an event of this scale. We previously held
smaller, more localised meetings in our own regions and we may have felt a little uncomfortable going outside these paramaters. The success of the day, however, has assured us and our following leaders that it is the way to go. Our International President
