Our Classes

™  Les mills body attack   - A high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will push you past the limit with strong, simple moves and pumping music. This is the most intense workout you'll find in the world of fitness - a session guaranteed to take no prisoners.

 

Les mills Body Pump  - A rapid fat-burning class that uses barbells to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! After an exhaustive study, BODYPUMP was verified by The University of Auckland as providing the fastest body fat loss of any fitness class.

 Les mills CXWORX   -   An intensely challenging 30 minute core workout that gets you results where it counts the most.

 ™  Les mills RPM   - Take the ultimate ride! RPM incorporates cycling, choreography and motivational coaching techniques to give you a completely safe, aerobic, adrenaline ride. Get in the zone and find out why RPM is totally addictive.

Step/ABT     - Burn your calories with a combination of step moves combined with abdominals, butt and thighs for the ultimate all round workout. A low impact, high energy class for all levels of fitness specifically tailored to trim and tone "problem areas".

   Boot Camp    - Outdoor training using a variety of cardio drills and compound exercises. Test your muscular strength and endurance. Improve your core control and body balance.

  Boxing for Fitness     - Combination of jabs, hooks, uppercuts, knees and kicks in a cardiovascular working and muscle toning session. A total body workout.

 Circuit  - Combination of cardiovascular and resistance training for different muscle groups in a high energy environment. No complex choreography.

Ezy Fitness  - A low impact class designed for the active over 50s and those new to exercise, designed to increase fitness in some and maintain a healthier more active lifestyle for others. Increases mobility, balance, strength, general fitness and well being.

Spin -  Freestyle cycle classes to increase your cardiovascular fitness and burn calories. Intended to make you sweat!

 Stretch & Tone   - Focusing on improving posture and strength, this class focuses on muscular strength, good body alignment and balance along with developing & strengthening key muscle groups. Great for abs and back.

Zumba   -  Zumba fitness fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! Our goal is simple: we want you to work out, to love working out, and to get hooked. Zumba fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie burning, body-energising, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! (included in LCCG&FC membership - $5 LCC Club Members/ $7 Non LCC Club Members per class )
